COMMITTEE MANDATE
The functions of the Committee of Powers and Privileges, shall, be to inquire into the conduct of a member whose conduct is alleged to constitute a breach of powers and privilege as prescribed the national legislation providing for powers, privileges and immunities of County Assemblies, their committees and members enacted by Parliament pursuant to Article 196(3) of the Constitution of Kenya by the Standing Orders or any written law.
