Thursday, 27 February, 2014   By NTV Kenya.<br>Murang'a County Assembly has strongly condemned the purported move by members of parliament and senate to reduce county revenue allocation from 33% to 15%. Members of the assembly have called on Kenyans of goodwill to agitate for a referendum to raise revenue allocation to counties to 40% of the national budget in the constitution as promised by the jubilee government in its manifesto.
