Friday, 5 September, 2014   If you live in Murang'a County and you are in the habit of smoking in public then be prepared to part with 50,000 shillings as fine, or a jail term or both. A ban on smoking in public has come into force to reduce the number of tobacco related deaths in the county with Mathioya Sub County being the first to implement it.
