An Act of Murang'a County Assembly to change the name of Youth Polytechnics to Youth Technical Training Centres and review the educational curricullum offered by the above mentioned institutions as well as introduce cottage industry within teh institution in respect to the technical skills offered. The Act also endeavors to review the terms of service of the instructors to enhance productivity.
